![]() ![]() Theres something about the gun sound effects in Black Ops 2 that I just cant. ![]() (The sound engineer probably got fired before ever having the chance to make them different. Fans that pre-order Black Ops II will be given the Nuketown 2025 map. (Go to 5:25 or so.) The sound of the characters "swooping" into the talk scenes is awful (it's as if they're being forced into the scenes against their will), the Disney villain transformation sound reminds me of those hideous GBA speakers, the dialogue sounds like someone's stomach after porkloaf night, painting sounds like fucking Niagra Falls (Ong tried way too hard, as per usual), and every collectible has the same exact sound effect. With that said, my vote would have to go to Peter Ong's failed abortion of a game, Disney's Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion. Which is the edition of Windows installed on the computer Try the following steps (applicable for Vista and Windows 7) Step 1: Run audio. Like music, they're some of the first things to pop into your head upon thinking of a game, and shitty sound effects (or good sound-effects that are shittily-employed) can make or break the entire experience. My verdict is that fuck yeah they're important. ![]() So me, YoshiRider123 and PrinceOfKoopas were discussing sound effects and whether they're important in the grand scheme of things. ![]()
